There's also this choice for a low tier light cruiser - Chung King aka HMS Aurora. So Blys is unique and non of the other ORP ships other than the sister Grom will have those guns. Also what makes Blys differ is its guns aren't British they're Swiss Bofors 120mm. Just most of Poland's line up is stuff the Brit's lent Poland followed by stuff the Russian's sold to Poland.
